Gentle flow yoga

Tuesdays 6 – 7:15 p.m.

In this class we will flow from one pose to another in coordination with our breath, allowing us to enter a state of moving meditation.

We will practice some creative transitions, while getting a light cardiovascular workout, practice some breathing techniques and take time to relax at the end.

A sound bath meditation follows if you wish to combine the two.

Kali’s classes are open to anyone wanting to improve their physical and emotional health, for those who already have a practice and those who have never practiced yoga before.
They are inclusive and offer variations to suit all abilities, body types and experience.

With 8+ years teaching yoga Kali’s greatest strength is ensuring that her classes are accessible and enjoyable for all her students. Regardless of level, mobility, age or limitations, Kali always aims to ensure every practitioner leaves her class having achieved and experienced some of the many benefits of this beautiful practice.

Having originally trained in Rishikesh, India, I value authenticity in a yoga practise. This is reflected in my style of teaching. My yoga journey first began while working in an holistic center in Manchester. There I worked as a Mentor and Project Coordinator for families affected by anxiety related conditions such as, autism. I wanted something to offer my clients which empowered them to manage their own stress and anxiety. I was guided towards yoga and immediately knew it would help anyone who practised it. For me Yoga is not about how many times you can wrap your legs around your own head, it's not a performace. Yoga is about how it truly makes you feel on the inside and the positive impact on every aspect of your life these experiences can have.
