Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6 – 7:15 p.m.
A weekly class which runs year round. Traditional Hatha style practise sometimes interweaved with a more Vinyasa style flow.
Hatha and Vinyasa classes which provide a lovely balance between spontaneity and structure. In my class you will be guided through a mindful journey of self awareness and observation, intention setting, pranayama (breathwork), postures which will gently challenge your strength, balance and flexibility.
I am a certified and experienced yoga teacher of 8+ years. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and inclusive environment for participants to explore and nurture their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
My teaching style is rooted in traditional Hatha and Vinyasa with a playful and adaptive approach which helps students to relax and experience joy in the process of deepening their practice.
I truly believe that yoga can be practised by anyone, regardless of age, body type, flexibility or religious belief.
Kali’s classes are open to anyone wanting to improve their physical and emotional health, for those who already have a practice and those who have never practiced yoga before.
They are inclusive and offer variations to suit all abilities, body types and experience.
With 8+ years teaching yoga Kali’s greatest strength is ensuring that her classes are accessible and enjoyable for all her students. Regardless of level, mobility, age or limitations, Kali always aims to ensure every practitioner leaves her class having achieved and experienced some of the many benefits of this beautiful practice.
