Aerial Silks and Sling
Aerial Fitness Practice and Acrobatics is a balanced body and mind exercise which increases strength, mobility, flexibility, proper reflex reactions, concentration and memory.
Using resistance or surrender to gravity it triggers extraordinary muscles in our body which are not regularly used in everyday life as well as improve the blood flow, provide cardio with less exhaustion and decompress the spine to gradually build a better posture.
All these benefits come while practising a fun sport which boosts feelgood chemicals in our brains which create good mood and increase confidence.
Anyone no matter their age or background can start practising aerial as long as there is proper guidance and compliance with the safety rules.
