Agile Summer-Camp
From the 12th to the 21st of August, Stagones are hosting the Agile Summer-camp that are co organizing with Spring Academy and Hara-Goe project.
The focus point of this camp will be community building and creative expression through an agile framework. The tools that will be analyzed and used, help us develop strong and honest relationships. The scope is to include the needs of the community and co create our days according to the offers and the requests from the people that will be there.
We will enjoy nature, hiking and swimming, great food made with love, dance music and whatever we co create!
Daily rhythm
07:30 – 08:30 morning work out – meditation (optional)
08:00 – 09:30 breakfast
09:45 – 10:30 morning circle (sharing and day planning)
10:45 – 13:45 activities (depending on the offers may take place at the same time)
14:00 – 15:00 lunch
15:00 – 17:00 siesta, handcrafts
17:30 – 19:45 activities (at the beach mostly…)
20:00 – 20:45 dinner
20:00 – 22:30 hanging out together, chatting, making music
23:00 – … sleeping time (those awake respect resting hours)
The activities will be formed based on the offers and requests of the community members. Our goal is to gather offers and requests during the summer-camp but also before that. In the following Kanban you can see the offers and requests so far. Kanban will be continuously updated with the offers and requests that you can submit through the forms : Request Submission, Offer Submission.

When, how much, for how long;
Agile summer-camp will be held to «Stagones», in the east coast of Evia island, from the 12th of August to the 21st. You can stay partially, for some days, with a minimun of 3 days stay.
The proposed contribution is set to 25 – euro for the adults and 15 -euro for the kids per day. It includes place for your tent, a breakfast and 2 vegetarian meals during the day, cooked with love. Additionally the are two caravans (3-5 people each) for 25 -euro additional cost per day and 2 more bell tents for 20 -euro per day.
