Monthly master class

Jump back & Jump through – Foundations

A monthly master class for students to learn progression stages to improve their practice.
These master classes allow me to break down the mechanics of postures and transitions into small manageable steps.

The first session in March will focus on jump back and jump through foundations.
You will learn how to recognize bad habits that can lead to imbalances and injuries and the progression stages of different transitions in Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). This two hour class will also focus on proper alignment and how to utilize your breath and pace to find your flow.

Having originally trained in Rishikesh, India, I value authenticity in a yoga practise. This is reflected in my style of teaching. My yoga journey first began while working in an holistic center in Manchester. There I worked as a Mentor and Project Coordinator for families affected by anxiety related conditions such as, autism. I wanted something to offer my clients which empowered them to manage their own stress and anxiety. I was guided towards yoga and immediately knew it would help anyone who practised it. For me Yoga is not about how many times you can wrap your legs around your own head, it's not a performace. Yoga is about how it truly makes you feel on the inside and the positive impact on every aspect of your life these experiences can have.
